Now that the ring is on your finger, the engagement party is behind you and the date is set, it is time to officially start preparing for your wedding day. Apart from finding the perfect dress, deciding on the flower arrangements, and answering the ultimate question – band or a DJ, you also need to start preparing yourself for the big event. After all, your nails, hair, and skin should be flawless when you go down the aisle. In order to achieve this, you should follow a beauty regimen. Not to worry, these steps won’t take a lot of your time but they surely will aid in perfecting your bridal look.
Learn to Relax
We don’t need to tell you that planning a wedding can be extremely stressful. However, maybe you need a reminder that the world won’t end if you don’t do everything yourself or some of the tiniest details are not as you imagined. If you don’t want your skin to break out due to excess stress, you need to make sure that you are getting enough sleep. In addition, find a way to unwind on a weekly basis. Maybe a yoga class will help you relax, maybe you should consider downloading a meditation app, or maybe simply dancing to your favorite songs will do the trick.

Think About Laser Hair Removal
Hey, it is your wedding day and you deserve to look your best, so why not treat yourself to a laser hair removal? This way you can cross off shaving your legs, armpits, and other parts of your body on your wedding day. This should be done one year prior to the big day because you will need several sessions in order to achieve desired results.
Lay Off the Wine
If you have ever woken up after a long night of drinking wine with your girlfriends feeling like you could drink a lake, you know that this alcoholic beverage is a huge dehydrator. In addition, it will steal your radiance and cause capillary breakage, so during the few months leading to your wedding avoid drinking it. Instead, opt for green juices that contain minerals and they will stimulate the lymphatic system and drain out the puffiness.
Skincare Starts in the Shower
You should really pay more attention to the products you use in the shower. Different products lead to different results, so to ensure radiant skin with this natural and gentle body wash. It will cleanse your skin and promote repair and regeneration. When you get out of the shower, don’t rub your skin with a towel, but instead lightly tap it and then apply a good moisturizer.

Wash Your Hair Less Often
Maybe this sounds like horrible advice but bear with us. While drinking plenty of water can improve your overall health in so many ways, drowning your hair everyday won’t do you any favors. Washing it more than three times a week can fade your hair color, and dull your hair. If you cannot imagine not washing your hair every other day, use just a mild conditioner and a quick rinse in between shampoos.
Stop Over-Plucking
Maybe you have messed up the shape of your eyebrows in the past, but now is really not the time to make the same mistake. Instead of plucking your eyebrows every two days, put the tweezers down and let the poor things grow. When you constantly pluck your eyebrows you lose your natural arch shape and end up with one that doesn’t match your face. Therefore, leave your brows alone and find a good aesthetician to whip them into shape before the big day.
